- Payments -
Online, cash, and check payments are accepted, please add a 4.2% transaction fee to all online payments. Make checks payable to Thomas Byers Guitar.
Payments will be collected the first lesson of the month and will cover the entire month. Lessons beginning mid-month will be prorated to match payment cycle.
A late payment fee of $5 per week applies to all late payments. There is a payment box in the studio, feel free to drop off a payment before a week’s time to avoid a late payment fee. Lessons will cease after two weeks of no payment.
- Pricing -
Four lessons a month (once a week) at 40 minutes costs $120.
Four lessons a month (once a week) at 60 minutes costs $160.
Prices may vary depending on how many weeks there are in a month.
Paypal payments will incur an 4.2% convenience fee
Double lessons (eight lessons a month at twice a week) receive a 15% discount after the first 4 lessons.
Lessons given to individuals from the same immediate family (brothers, sisters, parents, etc.) will receive a 15% discount.
- Make-ups and Cancellations -
If a lesson must be missed the student will have until the end of the month to make-up the lesson. Check the lessons calendar at www.thomasbyersguitar.com/calendar for available times. If the student does not make-up the lesson payment will be forfeit for that particular lesson.
Please cancel your lesson as soon as possible before the lesson begins. No call no shows will not have an opportunity to make-up lessons. As always, extenuating circumstances will be considered.
- Referral Program -
If a current student refers a new student to Thomas Byers Guitar Studio, the current student will receive ONE FREE LESSON and the new student will receive HALF OFF the first lesson. These will be reflected in the next month’s payment.
